Once operating, truck doesn't throw codes, but on startup it does once a week or so. I'll wiggle the connector on the actuator and it will start fine. This continues to be an intermittent issue on the X15, The actuator doesn't respond and sometimes won't allow the truck to start. But it is not normal to get a CEL over it while driving the truck. It is still up in the air about longevity vs the ridiculously. They did however somewhat fix the problem with the fuel pump destroying the entire engine when it fails, that is its only advantage over the previous models CM2250 and CM2350-X101. It is essentially saying that the turbo did not respond to the ecm fast enough (wiring harness issues, battery low, or voltage spikes during cranking, key-switch going directly from the off position to the crank position too quickly, driver not waiting those 5 or 6 seconds for the system to come up, etc. The X15 has no gains on it and costs more to operate long term. The code you mention is a pretty common one. I would not trust them enough to throw a wrench at em these days. They are not likely going to do as you ask with any details either.
